Efficient logistics matter — especially for events with hundreds of exhibitors, displays or production elements. DEC provides loading and material-movement options across both event levels, including Lower Level loading access, roll-up access and freight movement between floors.
Event-specific loading plans are coordinated in advance based on the event configuration and operational requirements.
Comfort Throughout the Event
Commercial building systems provide climate control and permanent lighting throughout DEC’s event spaces during contracted event hours. Event-specific requirements outside standard operating conditions can be coordinated as part of the event services plan.
