• Applications must be received at least 15 days before the show opens. Late applications are only considered by documented exception.
• Approved applications must be paid in full at least 7 days before the show opens. Approval is not authorization: you may only sample, sell or demonstrate once payment is confirmed and you hold the written authorization.
• Samples must not exceed the approved sample size. Only the products, activities and equipment listed in your authorization are permitted.
• No alcohol may be sampled, sold or served without separate written DTC approval and all required licences.
• All electrical appliances must be listed in the application, be in safe working order and comply with fire-marshal and venue rules. Open flames, fryers and propane are not permitted unless specifically approved.
• You are responsible for food safety, required health permits, and for leaving your space clean.
