Event Support Spaces

Dedicated show offices and box office/ticketing facilities are available on each event level to support event management and front-of-house operations.

Restrooms, entrances, loading areas and vertical circulation are identified on the corresponding floor plans to help organizers plan event operations efficiently.

Access & Loading

DEC provides multiple access options to support efficient event move-in and move-out operations.

The Lower Level provides direct loading capabilities, while roll-up access and freight movement options support event operations across both levels.

Loading routes, schedules and procedures are coordinated with organizers as part of the event planning process.

Detailed Technical Specifications

Roll-up access is available to support event move-in, move-out and equipment movement. Final door dimensions will be published following as-built verification.

Loading access supports event move-in and move-out. The Lower Level provides direct loading capabilities, with routes and schedules coordinated with the DEC operations team.

Freight elevator access is available for event operations between levels. Final elevator dimensions will be published after construction and as-built verification.

Freight elevator capacity information will be provided once final equipment specifications and as-built measurements have been verified.

Public access points are provided throughout the venue. Final door clearance measurements will be confirmed against the completed facility.
